If you do not see your insurance plan above I am still able to submit your visit to insurance as an out-of-network provider which means some of your visit may be covered. To determine your out-of-network benefits it is best to call your insurance company or our billing service can assist you with this.
Self-Pay
No insurance, no problem! I offer a flat rate fee to ensure patients are still able to access personalized and quality mental healthcare no matter their insurance situation.
New Patient Visit: $300
Follow-up visit: $200
